Linda knows first hand the importance of preserving the beauty and integrity of natural land. As a 20-year resident at the south Forysth county community, on South Clement Road, adjacent to Creekstone, Linda watched the development of businesses and neighborhoods rise up around her stable.

A personal interest in maintaining the beauty of her neighborhood and the vision of the residences at Ballantrae inspired her return to real estate in partnership with Morningside Partners. Linda has over 15 years experience in managing Atlanta area properties - maintaining lush landscaping plans, directing tenant build-outs and coordinating punch lists. Attention to details - in all aspects of developing and maintaining properties - distinguishes Linda and Morningside Partners as a team of excellence.

Gail Laney's combined experience in mortgage financing, title insurance and real estate sales assures her clients of a "hassle-free" real estate experience from the initial pre-qualification, through negotiations, to the actual closing. A staff of licensed and unlicensed assistants, as well as insurance and mortgage consultants and 2 closing coordinators, supports her expertise. Not only does Gail offer such a wide-range of skills, she continues her education in order to better serve and inform her clients. Gail is a Certified Buyer's Representative and has completed courses in mortgage financing, successful home building, marketing and sales. Additionally, Gail holds an Active Georgia Real Estate Broker’s License and she is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).
